What are the shoes made from? Our shoes are hand crafted from the highest grade materials available! The inner-soles are made from axiflex foam to distribute the weight of your body for maximum cushioning and comfort. The toe is crush proof due to the use of a high density, uncrushable foam. How long will it take to get my shoes? Our shoe crafting process takes approx. four (4) weeks from the order date. Back to Top
How long will my shoes last? Working clowns that wear the shoes on a daily basis have been known to make use of the same shoes for as long as seven (7) years. Back to Top

What if I wear my shoes and I decide I do not like them? Once our shoes are received by the customer, YOU are the owner. Since our shoes are custom made to your specifications they may not be returned unless they are damaged. We will accept and guarantee damaged shoes for (6) months after the purchase date. Back to Top
When ordering my shoes, what should I specify as the "LENGTH"? A standard clown shoe is 15". Most clowns order this size. However, on occasion, a clown that is portraying a character (ie: cop, fireman, chef, tramp, hobo, etc.) may order a longer shoe. For the clown that marches in parades or walks ALOT, a longer length is not suggested. Womens Standard clown shoe length is normally 13".

How many colors can I have in my shoe? Standard clown shoes contain two(2) colors. If more colors are desired additional fees may apply. Back to Top
Is "WHITE" my only choice for shoe-strings? NO. Available shoe-string colors are available in solid colors and well as designs. Back to Top
